Malee Ketelsen, Esq. is an Immigration, Nationality and Family Law Attorney located in the Minneapolis - St Paul area of Minnesota. She represents individuals, families and companies in need of legal assistance ranging from deportation and removal, TPS, VAWA, asylum, international adoption and family petitions, to business and employment services such as temporary or investor visas.

Malee provides focused representation and immigration law experience to ensure the highest level of service and commitment to her clients. Malee's practice includes extensive experience representing individuals facing deportation and removal to Central America, Africa, and all parts of the world. Malee has presented topics on immigration law such as H2B visas, deportation and removal, international student compliance, and general immigration issues.

Malee is currently the Immigration and Customs Enforcement liason for the American Immigration Lawyers Association: Minnesota/Dakotas Chapter, as well as a Volunteer Attorney for the Chrysalis Law Clinic in St Paul, Minnesota hosted at the Wellstone Center Neighborhood House.

Malee is a member of the American Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Immigration Law Project of the National Lawyers Guild, Inc.
